Vital Care Clinic Started its operation in 2020. The clinic is a brainchild of a Professional Nurse who saw a need in the community.
The sister realised that people (especially mothers) as primary care givers in most families’ work and cannot afford to wait in long queues to receive primary health care services.
She therefore saw a need to start a clinic that will serve clients on an appointment base to cater to needs as soon as possible.

Our Clinic has good infrastructure, adequate staff, adequate medicine and supplies, good administrative processes, and sufficient adequate bulk supplies.
We use applicable clinical policies, protocols and guidelines, and we harnesses partner and stakeholder support.
Our Clinic also collaborates with other government departments, the private sector and non-governmental organizations to address the social determinants of health.
Integrated Clinical Services Management is a key focus within our Clinic. The purpose of Integrated Clinical Services Management is to respond to the growing burden of chronic diseases in South Africa in an efficient and cost effective manner.
